This website is operated by The Recovery Team (“TRT”) under the parent company Haven Health Management. By visiting or using any part of this site, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Informational use only (medical disclaimer)

The content on this site is for general information. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always talk with a licensed clinician about your health or a loved one’s health. Eligibility and appropriate use

This site is intended for adults 18 or older. Use the site only for lawful purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, misuse forms, or infringe others’ rights. TRT may suspend access for violations.

Consent to communications

When you share a phone number or email with TRT, you consent to receive calls, texts, or emails about services or your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of texts by replying “STOP,” opt out of emails using the unsubscribe link, or ask to adjust contact preferences at any time. Consent is not a condition of treatment.

Session replay, chat, and call-tracking notice

TRT may use chat tools, call-tracking, and session replay/analytics to improve site performance and service quality. These tools can capture interactions with the site and transcripts of chats. See vendors listed in the Privacy Policy for details and opt-out choices where available.

Intellectual property

All text, graphics, logos, photos, videos, code, and other content on this site are owned by TRT or licensed third parties and are protected by law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission. Fair use and other rights under applicable law still apply.

User submissions and conduct

If you submit reviews, comments, photos, or other content, you grant The Recovery Team (TRT) a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use and display that content in connection with this site and our digital platforms. You agree not to post or share material that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or that infringes the rights or privacy of others. TRT may edit or remove any content at its discretion.

TRT values and respects the privacy and dignity of every individual whose story or feedback may appear on our website, social media, or educational materials.

Written statements from patient feedback forms or satisfaction surveys may be used anonymously in educational or promotional materials, as long as no information that could reasonably identify the individual—such as name, address, date of service, diagnosis, or other unique details—is included. These excerpts are used in compliance with HIPAA de-identification standards and applicable federal and state confidentiality laws.

TRT may reference or display content that individuals have shared on publicly accessible platforms such as Google Reviews, Facebook, Reddit, or other open forums where the author has made the content visible to the general public. Only information already public is used; protected health information (PHI) and substance-use disorder treatment details covered under HIPAA or 42 CFR Part 2 are never published.

When a testimonial or success story is submitted directly to TRT, we obtain written or recorded consent (“authorization”) before using that content. Individuals who later wish to withdraw consent may request removal at any time. Once a verified request is received, removal occurs within seventy-two (72) hours.

Some photos, videos, or other visual elements on this site depict models, representative staff, or licensed stock imagery used for illustrative or educational purposes only. They do not portray actual patients or treatment settings unless clearly labeled as such.

By using this website, you acknowledge that any publicly posted testimonial, image, or comment may be viewed or shared in accordance with fair-use, publicity, and healthcare advertising standards. You may contact us at any time to request removal of content that you authored or that identifies you.

The site may link to third-party websites. TRT does not control or endorse those sites and is not responsible for their content or practices. Review each site’s terms and privacy policy before use.

Medical services separate from site

Treatment services are delivered by licensed professionals under program policies and applicable law. Website use does not create a patient-provider relationship. Rights and duties related to Protected Health Information (PHI) are explained in the Combined Notice of Privacy Practices (PDF).

Warranty and liability

This site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” TRT disclaims all warranties to the extent allowed by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. TRT is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from site use. Some states do not allow certain limitations; your rights may vary.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the States of Florida, Massachusetts, Arkansas, and New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Venue for any permitted court action shall be in the state or federal courts located within those states. You agree to such venue and to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
